
Well exercise & meditation helps in relieving stress, adding an stress relieving food to your diet also helps in the same. Some of the easy stress relieving foods are eggs, matcha powder, sunflower seeds. These are easily available in the Indian market and not have lot of impact on your pockets. Here is a list of some of the stress relieving foods:
- Sweet Potatoes
- Kimchi
- Artichokes
- Matcha Powder
- Sunflower Seeds
- Eggs
- Shellfish
- Garlic
- Chickpeas
Not all of them are available easily, but we also don’t need to incorporate all to our daily life, we need some and those are there. Be mindful, have more foods, drink enough water and we are good.
