Replace your morning caffeine fix with lukewarm water and a blend of spices. Now we know old habits die hard but incorporating this in your morning routine has top load of benefits:

Here is what you can add to your morning lukewarm water:

  • Cinnamon – Pinch of cinnamon
  • Green Elaichi
  • Ginger/ Dried Ginger
  • Tea leaves (Optional)
  • Black Pepper
  • White Pepper

Each of the above spice has its own unique benefit and regular intake of these will boost your immunity. We do not recommend buying premix available in the market as you will never know what is being crushed there.
